Data Capacity For Evidence Informed Decision Making

Data forms the foundation for informed decisions. It unveils the complex connections and influences various sectors. Access to the right data enables governments to spot service gaps, create specific policies, and accurately track progress.

Data produced at all levels need to be inclusive of gender dimensions. Gender statistics can show whether women and men have unequal access to education, health, or economic resources and orient policies toward improving opportunities for the disadvantaged sex.
Analyzing this data helps decision-makers design programs that tackle both immediate issues and the deeper societal, economic, and cultural factors that sustain gender inequalities.

We aim to collaborate with county governments to enhance gender data collection and utilization in monitoring and evaluation across sectors like agriculture, health, and water, ensuring inclusive service delivery and accelerating progress towards leaving no one behind.
